The apartment is located in a residence in the Orient Bay area, 100 meters from the beach.

You will enjoy the long and beautiful beach of Orient Bay, with its water sports (jet ski, sailing, kite surfing) as well as its many beach bars and restaurants with their lounge chairs and umbrellas at only a 12 minute walk. For your evenings, traditional restaurants and bars are also within a walking distance. A small supermarket is located near the beach, as well as a bakery, a hairdresser and a tobacco shop. You can also have your groceries delivered if needed. The Parc de la Baie Orientale is very secure with many surveillance cameras, as well as a 24/7 security guard. At a 10 minute drive, you will enjoy the village of Grand Case, considered the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.
