Location of the villa

The villa is located in the secure residence of Tamarind Hill, in the Dutch part of the island and offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and St. Barts.

From the property, a 10 minute walk will take you to Gibbs Bay beach and a 20 minute walk to Guana Bay beach.

The famous French beach of Orient Bay is at a 15-minute drive away. Hope Estate shopping center or Grand Case, which is known as the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean, are at less than a 20 minute drive.

This 600m² charming villa is ideally facing the ocean and Saint-Barthélemy, and can accommodate up to 20 people. It has been furnished with contemporary design furniture and offers all the necessary amenities and comfort to its guests. It includes:

On the main level:

  • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a King Size bed (180/200) and a private shower room
  • 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a private shower room
  • The large living room with its sliding doors opening onto the main terrace offers a breathtaking ocean view
  • 1 black and red gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel countertop with Bosh and Smeg appliances
  • The spacious terrace offers comfortable seating and a dining area where you can enjoy pleasant meals. There is also a Jacuzzi with a fountain and led lights where you can relax while enjoying a drink
  • The heated infinity pool is 18 meters long with colorful lighting that creates a magical atmosphere at night

On the lower level of the villa, you will find a studio, a double bedroom and the game room which can be transformed into a very comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom.
