The villa is located in the private residential estate La Savanna, a very quiet and secure area, located between the beaches of Friar's Bay and Grand Case.

You are 3km from the shops, bars, restaurants and stores of Grand Case.

This magnificent villa overlooking the turquoise waters of Grand Case Bay, offers a unique 180° view on the Caribbean Sea, from the magnificent Marigot Bay to the Creole Rock, a snorkeling site located in front of Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.

This 120m² (+150m² terrace) fully equipped villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

  • 1 air-conditioned master suite equipped with a King Size bed (180/200) with its private shower room, and a sea view
  • 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200)
