This sublime villa, very recently renovated and decorated with care, in a soft and modern atmosphere calls for relaxation. It includes:

- 1 very well equipped kitchen to delight gourmets or the chef who has come for you. Its scullery, with access from outside, will enable you to store your groceries, notably in the bottle cellar, or use the washer-dryer
- 1 vast well ventilated 85 m² high ceilings living room where you can enjoy your meals or watch a good film on the big screen (smart tv). The living room opens onto the covered terrace and pool thanks to a large bay window, with its full sea view overlooking the Baie Orientale, without any vis-à-vis

Mask"We spent 10 wonderful days at the villa. The villa had a beautiful layout and ocean view with plenty of room for our group of 7. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Lots of fun dishes, boards and platters for afternoon charcuterie and all the types of drink glasses you could need. The villa guide provided was very comprehensive, we had no problems getting the appliances to work. Laure was a fantastic host from start to finish, so welcoming and responsive to questions. The villa's location is close to all our favorite beaches and restaurants. The best grocery store and bakery are just around the corner. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very high end. The blackout curtains allowed us to sleep well after the first sunrises in Saint-Martin. I highly recommend and will definitely return to this villa."
June 2023'' The villa is even more beautiful than the photos, and it's perfectly appointed so that everyone in the group can enjoy the breeze and ocean views from each of their master bedrooms. The kitchen is fabulous and extremely well appointed. It has everything you could need to cook great meals, including elegant serving dishes. The roads in the neighborhood are a bit rough, so we were glad to have a four-wheel-drive vehicle. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived. Everything worked. You can tell this rental is very well thought out and cared for. The hosts, Laure and Julie, were super nice, attentive and responsive. They helped us arrange grocery delivery and wonderful activities, including an incredible massage on our terrace overlooking the ocean. Everything about our stay at SALT was wonderful and we would return without hesitation! "

The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever had in an Airbnb. the concierge Fred was absolutely amazing and anything we could have needed, he took care of. The views are spectacular. There is so much space that everyone can spread out, but at the same time, the house is so well laid out that there are a variety of places where you can gather to chat if that's what you want. each room has of you, it's just lovely. I recommend renting a car, which we did."
