The villa is located in "Beacon Hill", one of the most sought after areas of Sint Maarten for those who wish to live a relaxing life, and yet be close to the nightlife, casinos and "entertainment" of the Dutch part of the island.
The villa has a direct access to the beach of Burgaux Bay.

MaskJahelle was an excellent concierge! She was very friendly, responsive and helpful all week. She arranged a private driver for us several times, made reservations, was a go-between on a difficult excursion issue, and helped answer small questions about the lovely villa. The Villa was just as pictured, great location and possible to walk to restaurants, casino and market for groceries if you wish. Our guests really enjoyed their experience. Thanks, Jahelle!
