Location of the villa
Although it enjoys a quiet environment, the villa is less than 500m from the lively center of Pointe du Bout (bars, restaurants, casino, shops...)
The infinity pool faces the sea and the villa has access to a private pontoon below the villa (pontoon shared between 2 villas, swimming possible).
The beach of Anse Mitan is about 350m away.

This two-level villa of 150m² (+ terrace of 90m²) features:
The lower level (garden level accessible by an outside staircase) includes:
- 2 air-conditioned rooms furnished with double beds
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
The main level includes:
- 1 air-conditioned room furnished with a Queen Size double bed (160X200) and a private bathroom
- 1 air-conditioned room furnished with 2 single beds and a private bathroom
- 1 large living room open on the terrace
- 1 mezzanine with a double bed (140x200) above the living room
- 1 kitchen open on the terrace and very well equipped.
In the back of the villa, a small terrace is available for barbecues.
In front of the living room, the large shaded terrace faces the infinity pool and the sea. It has a dining area with table and chairs and an outdoor lounge.
From the living room and the terrace, the sea view is magnificent and, at night, the lights in the distance.
Please note:
The rates differ according to the number of rooms rented and occupants: 1 rate for the main level (2 rooms and 4 people maximum), one rate for the whole villa (4 rooms + mezzanine and 10 adults maximum)
