This spacious modern villa is located in a very quiet residential area, on the heights of Anse à l'Ane in Trois Ilets, on the South Caribbean coast of Martinique. The view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France is splendid, day and night! The beach of Anse à l'Ane is less than 1km away. The charming little beaches of Anse Noire and Anse Dufour as well as the large beach of Anses d'Arlets are about 3km away. A small supermarket is about 1km from the villa while Pointe du Bout, the lively and touristic district of Martinique with its shops and restaurants, is located 4km away.
