Location of the villa
Located in the countryside, the villa enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment. In Le Vauclin village on the south Atlantic coast of Martinique. Far from mass tourism, and accessible by foot, there are 2 small coves where you can swim. The beautiful south beaches are at few minutes drive (5mn to 25mn) away.
A small convenience store is at about 2.5 km while the Vauclin (with big supermarket) is about 3.5km.

This 120m² one-level villa (+ terrace) faces a swimming pool with an ocean view. It includes:
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms each with a double bed and their own bathroom
- 1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (you can put together for a full size bed) and its own bathroom
- 1 well equipped kitchen
- 1 living room with a sitting area (sofa, coffee table and TV) and a dining area
In front of the living room, the large shaded terrace has an outdoor lounge and a dining area where you will enjoy the view on the swimming pool and the ocean.

August 2021Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site, la maison, la propreté, l’équipement. Tout était impeccable. Bien sûr, nous avons aimé que l’endroit soit retiré et tranquille Le seul bémol est son accès en voiture, ralenti par l’état de la route.
