Facing the sea, the villa boasts a beautiful view!
The house is located in Le François, in the private Pointe Jacob residence, in a quiet environment secured by a digicode gate.
The residence has its own private access to the sea, just 30m from the villa. Access is via a staircase at the bottom of which is a dock overlooking the lagoon and its white seabed. The lagoon is very pleasant to swim in, with a beautiful sea bed.
Shopping is available in Le François, around 10km away.
Vegetables and fish market in Le Vauclin, also about 10km away.

Boasting spacious accommodation on several levels, the villa includes:
On the upper (entrance) level:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds
- 1 shower room shared by the 2 bedrooms, with shower, washbasin and toilet
- 1 mezzanine overlooking the living room, furnished with sofa and TV
Intermediate levels (half-levels):
- One large air-conditioned bedroom with Queen-size bed (160X200), and a private shower room
- An air-conditioned bedroom furnished with a double bed and private shower room
Main level:
- A well-equipped open-plan kitchen
- A large living room opening onto the terrace, furnished with a lounge and dining area
Lower level:
- A large air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a private shower room. The bedroom has a sea view and a "private" terrace with lounge chairs
In front of the living room, the terrace enjoys a beautiful sea view. It features a dining area and 2 lounges. 2 sun loungers line the infinity pool, which also boasts a superb sea view
Good to know:
- Various rates according to the number of occupants and the number of bedrooms rented (1 Rate for 4 bedrooms (without the one of the lower level), 8 guests maximum), 1 Rate for the whole villa (5 bedrooms, maximum 10 guests)
- The pool maintenance usually visits on Tuesdays.
