Location of the villa

The villa is 150 meters from the large Diamant beach and about 1 km from the center with its market and shops. This house sits in a very green and calm environment. From July to November the flamboyants bordering the house are in bloom and offer a magnificent spectacle.

Property

This two-level old master house has recently been renovated but kept a sense of the architecture past. It faces a large garden and a small swimming pool. It is bordered to the south and west by large terraces surrounded by tall trees.

A 60m² living room, with a large dining table and a living room with sofas and a large screen TV
A very well equipped kitchen
2 master bedrooms, each with a large and comfortable double bed
1 "children" bedroom with 2 single beds
Each bedroom has its own shower room

1 pretty small living room equipped with a double bed (140X190) where can sleep 2 additional persons

1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 shower shower room
All bedrooms have a mosquito net and air conditioning

Please note: The owner waters the plants of the villa twice a week.

Villa exceptionnelle : pratique, chargée d'histoire et très bien placée. La piscine est adaptée aux jeunes enfants. La propriétaire est très accueillante et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci !

Très bon séjour, maison spacieuse très agréable, idéal pour les séjours en famille avec enfants. Plusieurs terrasses très agréables ce qui permet d’apprécier les différents moments de la journée. Très jolies chambres confortables avec climatisation. La piscine est idéal pour les enfants par contre il est impossible de nager pour les adultes. La plage est à 2 min à pied. La mer est un peu agité mais il est quand même largement possible de se baigner. Des coins ombragés permettent d’y rester plusieurs heures dans la journée. Toutes les commodités sont à 10 min à pied (marché et boulangerie) ou 2 min en voiture. Les seuls points négatifs sont la machine à laver mais qui devrait être changée prochainement et le manque d’un barbecue à charbon (grill mis à disposition pas performant)

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Un seul bémol. Il convient de veiller à ce que les prestations annoncées soient effectivement fournies. Comme nous sommes arrivés tard, du fait d’un retard de l’avion, il est normal qu’il n’y ait pas eu de « pot d’accueil ». Par contre, c’est parce que j’ai réclamé que la propriétaire nous a apporté le lendemain matin du pain, du lait et des jus de fruits. Elle n’avait pas prévu de le faire, alors qu’il est indiqué dans l’annonce que le 1er petit déjeûner est assuré. C’est un détail important dans la mesure où l’on n’a pas eu le temps de faire de courses le 1er matin.
