Located in the residential area of Toubana, the villa is a 5 minute drive from the village of Sainte Anne, its shops, restaurants and activities.
The beach of the Hotel La Toubana ****, its restaurant with sea view, is accessible by foot.

This 180m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a villa and an adjacent studio.

- 1 laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
- 1 - 45m² covered terrace with a table, chairs, and outdoor furniture
- 1 - 150m² uncovered terrace with tables, chairs, outdoor furniture and lounge chairs

La maison était incroyable. Se lever tous les matins avec la vue sur la mer était fantastique et a fait lunanimité au sein de notre famille. La villa était super bien équipée pour notre séjour. Nous la recommandons sans hésiter. Merci à Antilles Exception pour cette découverte.

Février 2019Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et nous sommes tous très satisfaits d’avoir fait confiance à Antilles Exception pour l’organisation de notre séjour Nous avions opté pour une réservation voyage au départ de Nantes donc nous avions tous nos billets (train – navette – avion) dès le départ tant à l’aller qu’au retour La Villa réservée correspondait EXACTEMENT aux photos et descriptif présentés, et nous n’avons eu qu’à nous louer de notre choix - tout était parfait : emplacement, confort, accueil Le seul petit bémol sur la villa il y a beaucoup d’escaliers, donc pourrait être inadaptée aux personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité (mais ceci ne nous concernait pas) Le Véhicule (9 places) était également prévu dans notre proposition donc aucune inquiétude à l’arrivée, nous avions le véhicule souhaité pour notre groupe Et enfin nous n’avions pas trouvé un tarif aussi intéressant en France par rapport à ce que nous recherchions. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
