Located in a quiet residential area of Sainte-Anne, you are about 2km from the town of Sainte-Anne where you will find shops, restaurants "feet in the sand", market etc. ...
Nearby, you will find the Toubana Hotel *****, its private beach and its quality restaurant.
Halfway between Pointe-à-Pitre and the Pointe des Châteaux, the villa is very good starting point to visit the many riches of Guadeloupe.
A the gate in the residential estate, just below the villa, you can join the footpath along the coast to the beaches of Anse à Saint, Anse à Jacques and Petit Havre (about a 20 minute walk).

MaskLa villa est superbe avec une magnifique vue, la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Très bien située, tout près des plages en voiture, environnement hyper calme, parfait pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Christelle. À recommander !
February 2024Belle villa et confortable, fidèle à la description. Petites difficultés pour trouver la villa mais résolues par téléphone. Problème de climatisation solutionné par conciergerie sous 3 jours. Problème ouverture électrique portail non solutionné malgré conciergerie. Dans lensemble une belle réactivité de la conciergerie.
