Set in a very peaceful environment, this villa is just 150 m from the Pierre & Vacances beach and 500 m from the small Helleux beach. Surf enthusiasts will love the nearby Anse Gros Sable, a renowned surf spot accessible on foot, as well as Bois Jolan beach, perfect for swimming and relaxation, reachable via the coastal trail.

Ideally located halfway between the towns of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François, approximately 6-7 km away, the villa offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and local activities, while maintaining a quiet and verdant setting.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are just a short drive away, making this villa the perfect base to explore the treasures of Grande-Terre, whether for relaxation, swimming, or water sports.

Property

The 200m² property (plus a 180m² terrace) features a main villa and a bungalow, both very comfortable.

The main two-level villa includes:

On the ground floor:

A large and comfortable lounge, with fan and 8 places sofa, open on the terrace
A very well equipped open kitchen,
A utility room with washing machine and dryer
An air-conditioned parental suite with a King Size bed (200X200), a closet and a shower room in marble.

On the upper level:

2 air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms and each furnished with a Queen Size bed (160X200)

All the rooms of the main villa enjoy the view of the pool and the sea.

In the back of the villa, the air-conditioned 35m² bungalow (external access) includes:

A living room with a sofa convertible in 2 simple beds adapted for 2 children
A closet
A shower room with toilet
A mezzanine furnished with a double bed Queen Size (160X200)

Given the tropical climate, you will certainly appreciate the large shaded terrace furnished with a comfortable outdoor lounge and a large solid wood table where you will enjoy your meals. And to refresh you, you will have to face a vast dilemma: Infinity pool or jacuzzi?

Please note: Rates vary according to the number of occupants ( 1 rate 6 pers. 3 rooms, 1 rate 8 pers. 4 bedrooms (villa + bungalow), and 1 rate 10 pers 4 bedrooms (villa + bungalow).
The bungalow is open from 7 people on the basis of the 8-person rate - it can be opened less, in this case the billing will be done with a base of 8 people.

Tout était parfait. Villa magnifique idéale pour une grande famille. Vue dégagée sur la mer. Très bien équipée. Une seule remarque : un nettoyage du jacuzzi en milieu de séjour même sur une semaine serait le bienvenu. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter les 3 derniers jours
