Nestled in the heart of a private and secure residential estate, which includes three other prestigious and incredibly charming villas located between two lovely fishing villages in Grande-Terre. It offers a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by nature. You will be close to the many wonders of the island, just 30km from Pôle Caraïbe airport, ready to explore the tourist sites and discover the treasures of Caribbean culture.
The famous Bois Jolan beach is just 3km from the house, while the towns of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François are at about a 10 minute drive. A small local shop is located approximately 300meters from the villa.

This luxurious, contemporary and spacious 180m² one story villa can accommodate large families. It is the ideal place to meet up with family or friends of 6 to 8 people in the greatest comfort. It includes:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a large Queen Size bed (160/200), with their bathroom or shower room with toilet (one of the 2 bedrooms has an independent entrance to the villa, allowing some privacy)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom, accessible to people with reduced mobility, equipped with 2 single beds (80/200) which can be combined into a Queen Size bed (160/200) upon request, with its PRM bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 beautiful 55m² living, very bright, perfect for gathering family and friends, furnished with a large sofa convertible into a double bed upon request (at an additional cost)
- 1 kitchen, open with its large central island, fully equipped and functional
- 1 covered terrace with a table for 8 people
- 1 gazebo with its outdoor furniture facing the swimming pool

MaskUn vrai havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure magique ! Notre séjour à Sainte-Anne a été un moment de bonheur du début à la fin ! Dès les premiers échanges sur WhatsApp pour organiser notre arrivée, Peggy s'est montrée d'une aide précieuse et d'une réactivité au top pour caler les horaires et nous guider. Une fois sur place, son mari Arnaud nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse et bonne humeur ! Et là, le rêve ! Nous avons découvert une maison design magnifique et idéalement située. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails : l'agencement est parfait avec de superbes chambres en suites parentales, un salon immense et une cuisine XXL hyper conviviale. Sans oublier la superbe piscine, super facile d'accès et aux dimensions idéales. Le confort est tout simplement irréprochable, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Bref, nous avons savouré chaque instant ! N'hésitez surtout pas à échanger avec Peggy et Arnaud : ils sont d'une attention rare et se plient en quatre pour leurs hôtes. Ils nous ont même fait visiter leur immense jardin, une vraie merveille riche en plantes tropicales ! Un immense merci à eux pour le délicieux panier d'accueil rempli de produits locaux. Une mention spéciale pour la barbadine fraîchement offerte : elle a fait le bonheur de ma belle-mère de 87 ans, qui n'avait pas goûté à ce fruit depuis des années.
