This 140m² (+100m² terrace) magnificent villa can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes:
- On the upper floor, 1 air-conditioned Parental Suite equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200), a television, a private shower room and toilet, and a terrace with sea view
- On the main floor, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms one equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and the other two with two single beds that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160/200), each with its own private shower room and toilet - the 3 bedrooms are accessible from the outdoor terrace of the pool
- 1 very well equipped kitchen open onto the living room and the terrace
- 1 cosy living room with television
- 1 guest restroom
- 1 covered terrace with a space for meals, drinks and relaxation
- 1 splendid infinity swimming pool with a balnéo space
- 1 magnificent tropical garden

Imortant : the rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (a rate for the 3 rooms (only those downstairs) 6 people and a rate for 4 rooms. 8 people)
Please note: the 3 bedrooms on the main level are accessible from the outside - Please take this into account if you have young children who cannot swim!

January 2024Très bon séjour dans la villa. Fonctionnelle. Agréable, propre. Petites remarques : à la fermeture des rideaux, il fait chaud.. Protéger d'une certaine façon le salon mis en extérieur à cause de l'eau de la piscine qui remonte une fois dedans et mobilier mouillé à cause de la piscine et la pluie. Sinon un zéro faute. Electroménager ok et utile. A refaire. Merci.
September 2023l'accueil et le professionnalisme d'antilles exc sont top,la villa super,nous n'avons pas apprecié que le cheque de caution ne soit pas restitué apres l'etat des lieux
