Located in the north-east of Guadeloupe, in St François, 15 kilometers from La Pointe des Châteaux, you are close to the city center. The villa is well located to reach the famous Raisins Clairs beach, located at 200m, but also the maritime station which is at 800m and thus discover all the magic of the islands of Guadeloupe.

The villa, nestled in a tropical garden with sparkling colors, is on a property that includes a second villa. The property is totally secured, with 2 parking spaces outside. On a clear day, you will enjoy a superb unobstructed view, plunging on the sea and on the surrounding islands.

For you to enjoy the sun (or the shade!) all day long, this 34m² villa has 2 terraces, with different exposures. It can comfortably accommodate a couple and includes:

1 living space with a kitchen open onto the living room
1 bathroom with Italian shower
1 air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200)
1 small pool "Bac à punch" ("punch bowl") to refresh you

In this green setting, you will be able to relax in the waters of the punch bowl, with a minimum temperature of 28°C, which promises paradisiac moments under the tropical sun.

In a calm environment, the villa is independent; it is equipped and decorated with care, in Creole colors; it promises you paradise!
