Location of the villa
Slightly on the heights of Saint François in Guadeloupe, in the heart of the new residence "Le Domaine du Parc", the villa is located 2 minutes from the golf course and the center of Saint François.
The sea and the first beach are at about 1 km and many other very beautiful beaches are just a few minutes drive away.
Property
With a zen atmosphere, a little mystical, this new accommodation consists of a main villa and an independent room.
On one level, the main villa comprises:
- 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds, the other 2 with queen size beds (160X200) and one with private bathroom
- A second bathroom
- A large living room open onto the terrace, with sofas and a large flat screen TV
- An very well equipped open kitchen with a central island
- A covered 90m² terrace furnished with large round sofas in braided resin and removable hood where you will enjoy lounging in front of the swimming pool.
A few meters away, by the pool, the Caribbean room includes:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed (160) and bathroom
- A small living room, open on the swimming pool, with a kitchenette
Coming from several continents, the exotic-ethnic decoration of the villa will not leave you indifferent.
You will certainly appreciate perfecting your tan on the lounge chairs arranged around the swimming pool.
