Location of the villa
The villa is located in the calm residential estate of "Belle Allée", next to the sea. The town of Saint François, with its supermarket and various food shop is at a 5-minute drive. The tourist and gastronomic market of La Rotonde is held one evening a week, and the fish market on the fishing port, every morning.

- 5 air-conditioned bedrooms each furnished with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and each with its own private shower room and toilet
- 1 recently renovated and very well equipped kitchen
- 1 laundry room
- 1 living room with television and sea view
- The 60m² sheltered wooden terrace is oriented towards the swimming pool (30m²), the garden and the sea; it hosts a dining table for 10 people as well as an outdoor living room with its hammock
The sea, the sun, the warmth and the style of the house combining comfort, elegance and well-being will be the reason of a stay answering all your desires. The view and access to the wild coastline, the tropical atmosphere of the garden and the Indonesian teak decoration give the villa a naturally rich and unique situation.
The direct access to the sea is through the coconut grove of the residence from the bottom of the garden and allows you to enjoy the small beach.

May 2023Très belle villa avec une vue magnifique bien aménagée et confortable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Seul bémol, compte tenu du standing et du coût de location, il serait bienvenu de prévoir une solution pour pallier aux coupures délectricité et deau (groupe électrogène)
