An ideal place to meet with family or friends, you will be a 5 minute drive from the village, the marina, the beaches of St François and their water sports, international golf, and the Casino (gaming tables, slot machines, etc...) and only a few minutes from the main sites of Grande Terre to visit.

You will find the most beautiful beaches and lagoons of Guadeloupe 10 to 15 minute drive from the villa.

Come and enjoy with family or friends, this 140m² villa with a modern and neat decoration, that can accommodate up to 6 people.

It includes:

1 Air-conditioned master suite with a Queen Size bed (160/200) with its adjoining bathroom (Italian shower, sink, WC),
1 Air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200),
1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (90/180),
1 Shared shower room (Italian shower, sink)
1 Guest restroom
1 Living room of 80m² with a large fully open kitchen, a dining room, and a living room
1 covered terrace of 45m² with an outdoor lounge to enjoy a "Ti Punch", and a dining area facing the pool.

The villa's multiple openings encourage an outdoor living, always facing the pool!
A 40 m² deck around the pool will allow you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the calm of the area, in the midst of a landscaped garden with various species of palm trees. Your privacy is complete!

Très bon accueil et très efficace

Villa très agréable dans un quartier calme. Nous avons passé un séjour ouvert sur la nature avec toutes les commodité dont nous avions besoin. Didier nous a accueilli à notre arrivée avec apéritif et petit déjeuner pour notre premier jour et a été très arrangeant pour lhoraire de notre départ. Merci encore.

Le logement était conforme aux photos, nous avons été accueillis par Didier qui est très sympathique et de bons conseils ! La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et les petites attentions ont été très appréciées (petit déjeuner, punch et rhum). Je recommande vivement cette location, nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances !
