Located by the sea, in the town of Moule, in the heart of Grande Terre in Guadeloupe, the Estate offers an exceptional setting with a breathtaking view of the ocean.

It also has a direct access to the sea, accessible in just 5 minutes on foot, ideal for unforgettable hikes.

Enjoy a privileged location, close to superb white sand beaches and the seaside resort of Saint-François, which is home to an 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, a marina, shops, bars and restaurants.

Saint-François is also the departure point for boats to neighboring islands, such as La Désirade, Marie-Galante and Les Saintes, reinforcing the appeal of this unique place.

Property

Set within a 5,400 m² tropical estate, the property has been thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy for every guest and offers: two 4-star villas (accommodating 2–4 guests each), one 3-star studio (2–4 guests), and one 4-bedroom villa (6 adults + 2 children).

Blending modern comfort with authentic Creole charm, the 4-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children in the mezzanine sleeping area. It boasts breathtaking views of La Désirade and the renowned surfing spot of Anse Salabouelle.
