Ideally located at the entrance to Le Gosier, the villa is less than 5 minutes from La Datcha beach and Anse Vinaigri, in a very quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac.
In the township of Le Gosier and close to Sainte-Anne, the villa's location is an ideal starting point to visit the whole island and enjoying Grande-Terre's most beautiful beaches.
A supermarket, pharmacy, post office and gas station are less than a five minute drive from the villa.

This 90m² (+ 60m² covered terrace) ground level villa can accommodate 6 people. It includes:

The partially shaded terrace is a great place to spend time with friends and family. You'll also enjoy cooling off in the hot tub.

January 2024Le logement GPGO21 situé au gosier est Propre, Parfaitement aménagé et décoré, l'accueil des propriétaire est chaleureuse. Cependant nous avons rencontré des difficultés avec l'agence concernant la prise en charge des chèques vacances.

December 2023Superbe villa avec tout le confort. Lors de notre arrivée, les propriétaires étaient présents accueille très très chaleureux. Ils avaient prévu le petit déjeuner pour le lendemain, très bonne adresse, je nhésiterai pas à faire de la publicité. Un grand merci aux propriétaires ainsi quà votre agence et votre professionnalisme.
