The villa is located in the residential area of "Les Hauts de la Vallée d'Or" near the golf course, 2500m from the city center and 3000m from the Raisins Clairs beach.

Nestled in a green setting on the edge of a magnificent pool, the villa welcomes you in a comfortable Creole atmosphere.

Within a radius of 10 kilometers are the most beautiful lagoons of St François.

Property

On a 1000 m² plot, this 205m² property is composed of a main house (170m²) and an adjoining bungalow (35m²).

In the front of the house, the 50m² "L" shaped terrace, equipped with teak furniture and open directly onto the tropical garden composed of various species of trees, gives access to the main entrance of the house.

The main part of the house includes:

1 kitchen with built-in furniture, fully equipped, with direct access to the "L" shaped terrace and the living room
1 living room equipped with sofa and television open onto the "L" shaped terrace
1 air-conditioned master suite equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and its own private shower room with toilet
2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) with direct access to the pool area behind the house
1 common shower room
1 guest restroom
An open and ventilated mezzanine, with access from the living room, equipped with a sofa bed with mattress, (possibility to sleep a child)

The "bungalow" part, with direct access to the swimming pool and the gazebo, includes:

1 bedroom equipped with two beds in 90 which can be brought closer and form a King Size bed (180/200),
1 shower room and independent restroom
1 summer kitchen with cupboards, dishwasher, refrigerator and ceramic hob

A private infinity swimming pool, called "mirror", (7 m x 5 m), located on the back part of the house.

The layout of the villa, whose style combines both the "Creole" character and "modern" equipment, is perfectly suited for one or two couples with children or couples of friends, for a maximum capacity of 8 people.
