The villa enjoys an ideal central location, making it easy to explore the whole of Guadeloupe. Nestled in the heart of the Tabanon neighborhood in Petit-Bourg, on the eastern coast of Basse-Terre, it is just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 km from Pointe-à-Pitre, via the N1 and then the Route de la Traversée. It is a strategic base for exploring both the natural treasures of Basse-Terre and the beaches and lively atmosphere of Grande-Terre, without spending hours on the road.

On the Basse-Terre side: nature and wide-open spaces

Petit-Bourg is a true green haven and an excellent starting point for hiking in the Guadeloupe National Park, particularly to the famous Saut de la Lézarde waterfall. Nearby, you will find the Cascade aux Écrevisses waterfall along the Route de la Traversée, the Valombreuse Botanical Garden, Montebello Distillery and its traditional agricultural rum, as well as Akropark, perfect for a fun family day out.

On the Grande-Terre side: beaches and lively surroundings

Just a short drive away, head towards Pointe-à-Pitre, Baie-Mahault and Le Gosier to enjoy some of Guadeloupe’s most beautiful white-sand beaches, as well as shops, restaurants and the lively atmosphere of Grande-Terre.

The villa features:

One air-conditioned bedroom with a King-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note: this bedroom has a separate entrance facing the main entrance of the villa and is not suitable for young children.
One air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm), a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
One air-conditioned twin bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged according to your needs, with a private bathroom including shower and toilet.
A fourth separate toilet completes this practical and elegant sleeping area.
The welcoming living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Please note: the living room is not air-conditioned.
A fully equipped and spacious kitchen, ideal for preparing meals together. It also includes a convenient laundry area, particularly useful for longer stays.
The villa’s terrace offers a spacious tropical outdoor living area, featuring a lounge area, a dining space and, most importantly, a large private swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with six loungers.

From the panoramic terrace, enjoy enchanting views over the lush, flowering garden and the historic remains of the former distillery — the perfect setting for watching spectacular sunsets.
