Baie-Coco Le Robert : Pictures and description

Also known as "Pointe la Rose Beach," the small Baie-Coco beach is not easily accessible. It consists of a mixture of sand and pebbles and is home to a lime kiln and a stream.

One of the distinctive features of the beach is its natural protection against the Atlantic Ocean's waves, thanks to the offshore coral reef. This characteristic creates a relatively tranquil aquatic environment characterized by calm and shallow waters.

Baie-Coco beach is a favored spot for enthusiasts of underwater fishing and underwater photography. Within less than 100 meters from the shore, those passionate about these activities can explore a vibrant underwater world teeming with colorful fish and gorgonians.

While not the most famous or frequented beaches in Martinique, Baie-Coco Beach is worth a visit. Unfortunately, it is often invaded by Sargassum seaweed.

You can explore Baie-Coco and its surroundings from our house rentals in Martinique.
