Although very secluded, you are just steps away from Grand Case's fantastic culinary scene and shopping.
Best of all, St. Martin's best restaurants such as Le Pressoir, Ocean 82 and Spiga are within walking distance. Guests can walk to the nearby Sunset Cafe for their breakfasts and lunches.
You're a short drive from Hope Estate for gourmet groceries and the incredible wines and dishes of Bacchus.
You are 10 minutes from Orient Beach, 20 minutes from Marigot and 30 minutes from the international airport.

The perfect image of serenity! First of all, this villa is the perfect image of serenity. The patio is idyllic: a perfect place to start your morning with a coffee and end your evening with a glass of wine in the pool. The villa is spacious and offers everyone their own privacy, but has plenty of communal areas for comfortable drinks and good conversation. Miss Rose, as housekeeper, does her utmost to ensure that everything is well maintained and cared for. She works extremely hard to keep everything tidy and clean. One of the best people you'll meet, she'll make sure your trip is as relaxing and carefree as possible. From our conversations, it's immediately apparent that Rose and Carol care deeply about people. Carol and Remy were very helpful in providing housekeeping and dining recommendations on the island. If you're interested in excursions or activities on the island, they can make it happen. Whether it's a regatta, snorkeling or just enjoying your time in your own piece of paradise on this little beach, you'll appreciate every moment.
Juillet 2023Trip of a lifetime! It would be almost impossible to list all the highlights of this incredible week. Needless to say, we enjoyed the trip of a lifetime. From impeccable service and singular hospitality to sumptuous accommodations and unreal views, we were immersed in beauty and comfort. Many thanks to Carde, Remy, Mallory, Richeline and Rose, all of whom we now consider friends. We'll never forget our stay here! With 5 young children and an old codger dad, this villa is a panacea. Avril 2023I wish I had more time here! Such an incredible vacation! We visited many luxurious properties, but this one was the best for a multitude of reasons. Beautiful property very well maintained, privacy from the beach; Carole + Remy - wow, they are amazing! We've never had such amazing hosts, concierge. Somehow they are always there, but never there, always available + somehow finding everything we couldn't - gluten free tortillas, I got it; Clamato, no problem (we are Canadian). I would return to this rental alone as they took good care of us! PS Carole even helped us out in a pinch when we had a dental emergency, making an appointment with a local dentist and accompanying us there! Absolutely above and beyond service. PPS I wish I'd spent more time with the villa cat, Oshi. Love,
