Please note: The pool of the villa is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside of this period the pool heating is optional, for an additional $350 per week.

To know: Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of bedrooms rented (one rate for 10 people (5 bedrooms) - for 14 people (6 bedrooms)).
