This villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Shore Point in Cupecoy, on the beautiful Gold Coast of St. Maarten, on the Dutch side of the island.

The beach is only a minute walk from the condominium and just across the street from Shore Point where the village of Porto Cupecoy is located with its marina, stores and restaurants.

Property

This four-level villa offers magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea from the rooftop pool and from the covered terraces located on each floor. Each level is fully air-conditioned and connected by a central elevator and staircase.

The entrance level includes:

A small air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom

The staircase and elevator take you to the first upper floor which includes:

A king-size air-conditioned bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a safe, a television and a balcony with a view of the sea

A large living area on the next upper floor includes:

A comfortable living/dining room
An open kitchen with large wooden glass doors that opens to a furnished balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean and beach below

On the top floor is:

The deep rooftop pool
The sun terrace framed by the sapphire blue Caribbean and the picturesque island of Saba in the distance
Adjacent is the king-size master bedroom with its balcony overlooking the sea and its en-suite bathroom with large open shower and double sinks.

This villa is the ideal vacation spot for groups of friends traveling together or families with older children.

Best Holiday Everything about this place was wonderful: the location, the bedroom size (all masters), the house was well stocked with everything you needed and the beds/linens were sooo comfortable! It was such a benefit having a lift for my stepdad that has limited mobility. The upstairs pool pad was lovely and relaxing! Axel was great, greeted us when we arrived and went over everything in the house. Likewise he was always available for questions. Rayma - the housekeeper kept everything perfect! Our family had the best holiday and would definitely recommend!! Thank you

The perfect place The villa is a perfect place to go and relax and have some privacy. We like how its close to POrto Cupecoy. A short walk to many restaurants, bars and grocery store. Beautiful, quiet sunsets while enjoying a drink by the rooftop pool!
