The Villa is located in a gated community in Morne Rouge, the prestigious Terres Basses community, also known as the "French Lowlands" («Basses Terres Françaises»).
This is the "Beverly Hills" of St. Martin, where each villa is situated on a large lot of over 2 acres, so you are assured of the privacy and tranquility you desire, while being ideally located on the leeward side of the island, where the Caribbean Sea offers calm, warm, crystal clear turquoise waters as well as the soft white sandy beaches of Baie Longue, Plum Bay and Baie Rouge.
The villa is also close to the Dutch side, Porto Cupecoy, the casinos, Mullet Bay Golf Course, Maho Village and a 10 minute drive to Marigot, or 25 minutes to Grand Case and Baie Orientale.

In order to make your stay more comfortable, the following services are available to you:

- The swimming pool can be heated, but only during the winter months, from December 16 to April 15. The maximum temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celsius. Guests are not allowed to change the pool temperature themselves.

This villa was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was well stocked, clean, spacious and the service from the housekeeping and concierge teams was impeccable. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and come together when desired. The pool and deck are well maintained and the property is secure. In short, we would definitely stay here on our next visit to St. Martin!
