Location of the villa
The villa is located in the Park View residence, halfway between Orient Bay and Cul de Sac.
It is located on a high point thus offering an incredible sea view with the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre, Saint-Barthelemy in the background. It is in a very central point of the island from which you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches, such as Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, Grand Case or the Bay of Galion.
The villa is located in one of the most sought-after residential areas of the French part of the island for: its sea view, its calm, its security (night gate, and cameras), its location less than a ten-minute drive from major tourist points of interest such as Orient Bay, Anse Marcel, and Grand Case, which boast the most beautiful beaches, the best restaurants of the island as well as many water activities (boat trip, jet ski, diving, kite surfing. ...) and, at less than 5 minutes from Hope Estate, the main shopping area of the French part with its bakery, its large supermarket and its pharmacy.
Property
This 200m² modern style villa, with a magnificent 180° ocean view, is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 people and includes:
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a King Size bed (180/200) and each with a private shower room and toilet
- A fully equipped kitchen open onto the terrace
- The living room is not air-conditioned but benefits from natural ventilation thanks to the situation of the villa on a culminating point
- The terrace and the pool face the sea

The villa is entirely on one level and offers very few opposite views.

October 2023I can’t say enough about how amazing this home is. The views are breathtaking. The home is very clean and the hosts are always available and communicative. The home has everything you need. The location is perfect, Less than 10 minutes from multiple perfect beaches. We are already planning our next stay, we won’t even look at other homes.

March 2023Magnificent villa, very well located. Breathtaking views that you can't get enough of. We were welcomed by Virginie, who received us very well and advised us. She was very responsive to some of our questions. Communication was fluid, both before and during our stay. Villa atao is ideally located. Close to the airport, shops and bakery. Not to mention Lulu's Corner, a restaurant not to be missed! I really recommend you drop your bags. There's a good chance you won't want to come back. In any case, we can't wait to come back.
December 2022We had an amazing time staying at the house. The host was incredible met us up to give us a tour and plan our stay and was very easy to talk to if we needed anything at all. The view was amazing and we spent most our time in the pool when we returned from adventuring the island. Everything worked well there’s plenty of stores bakery’s and a large grocery store nearby. The gated community was comforting and the security cameras aloud you to see the perimeter of the house. The kitchen was stocked with plenty pots and pans and everything worked well. Would love to visit the island again.
