Location of the villa
This villa, with a small sea view, is located in St Martin French part at the entrance of the village of Oyster Pond. It is a very calm and preserved sector of Saint-Martin at the seaside with a very wild nature.
It is located on the edge of an undeveloped area of several hundred hectares, a valley free of any construction, Patagonia or American West atmosphere! The beach and the animation is however not far!
Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The wild beach of Coralita (Lucas Bay) is accessible by foot in 5 minutes and Dawn Beach in a 5-minute drive.
Oyster Pond is located on the southern border of the island of St. Martin between the French and Dutch parts of the island, a convenient starting point for travel to all parts of the island with Phillipsburg at 6km and Orient Bay at 7km. There are several restaurants and local shops in the village of Oyster Pond about 500 meters away.
Nearby you will find Dawn Beach and the stores and restaurants of Oyster Pond. About 20 minutes away, you can enjoy the gourmet French restaurants of Grand Case, or the casinos and night bars of Simson Bay.

The villa and its private swimming pool are on the upper level facing the sea and are well ventilated with a private garden of about 1000m² reserved for the villa on the front and a parking lot also private. An access ramp also allows to park by car at the villa.
Please note: There is an independent apartment occupied by a janitor on the first floor at the rear without vis-à-vis or common parking (separate parking entrance).
To know: Access by a small dirt track of 150 meters between the vegetation that departs from the beach of Lucas Bay to the villa.
