The Villa is located in the very sought after residence of Domaine de la Baie Netlé. It is a gated community with beautiful villas, some of which are on the waterfront with their private dock.
You will be very close to Terres Basses, with its magnificent beaches of the Caribbean Sea: Baie Rouge, Baie aux Prunes and Baie Longue.
And for your nightlife, you will quickly reach Maho and Simpson Bay and enjoy its restaurants, casinos, piano bars, nightclubs and also very beautiful beaches like Mullet Bay.
And for travelers who arrive with their own boat, it is very close to the Sandy Ground bridge and therefore very easily accessible.

The villa is a beautiful and charming residence, very spacious, on the edge of the lagoon of Simpson Bay with a dock and lift for direct access by boat.
This 200m² three-bedroom villa can accommodate 6 persons. It includes:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each equipped with a King Size bed (180/200), each with its own private shower room
- Office space in one of the bedrooms
- The living room and the kitchen communicate widely with the outside, benefiting from a natural ventilation, in addition to that of the ceiling fan
- Direct access to the private beach on the lagoon side

- Jacuzzi
- You will enjoy many shaded outdoor spaces, and also beautiful spaces for sunbathing, such as the private sandy beach
You will appreciate its large interior and exterior spaces. You can easily come with your boat for a very relaxing stay in this quiet villa, offering a lot of privacy, and very nice services.
Please note: The Villa is entirely on one level, with the exception of 3 steps to access the terrace to the beach.
To know: Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of bedrooms rented (one rate for 2 bedrooms and 4 people maximum, one rate for 3 bedrooms and 6 people maximum).

Wow, better than the pictures. So pretty and quiet. Ac worked perfect but FYI only in bedrooms and not common area. I think this is fairly common and cooled down by opening all of the doors. Pool was perfect and kitchen was well stocked. We really had tons of space and spent many nights just lounging by the pool Our only concern was several “unannounced” visits by cleaning staff. Seems they were on a schedule but we were not aware of it. Very friendly people and they were not bothersome but just gave us a scare a few times to wake up and find someone in the pool or in the kitchen when we return home for the day. Overall would return back. Gilles was fantastic and responsive.
Mai 2023This home is great! All issues and questions were addressed quickly. Location is near Marigot, which has anything you'll need. Rent a vehicle if you stay here because there isn't much in walking distance and no sidewalks. Relatively quiet (neighbors had 2 parties during the month ). Washer and dryer are always accessible but had to hang laundry after it dried because, regardless of cycle type or duration, it always came out damp. That's ok - sun dries things really fast in St Martin! Internet connection is fairly reliable but you are on an island. Kitchen is well stocked with things you'll need. No measuring spoons and knives could use sharpening. Pool is kept clean and housekeeping person comes twice a week, but expect her to be in the house for 8+ hours. Living room furniture is not comfortable but you'll spend most of your time in the outside area by the pool even at night. Also bring bug spray if you tend to get bitten. Enjoy!
Mars 2023We had a great stay at this property! We had total privacy and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. In the morning at the touch of a button the house opened to a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and outdoor space. We only spent early mornings and evenings at the house but it was beautiful, looked like the photos, and was perfect for a group. We grilled one evening and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would 10/10 recommend!
