Ideally located on the heights of Toiny, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the islands of St. Kitts, Nevis and St. Eustatius. You will be able, thus, to admire magnificent sunrises on the bay.

The beach of Toiny (surfing spot) is nearby and accessible by foot. Gustavia is 20 minutes away and the airport 15 minutes.

Very nice four bedroom villa (360m² approx.) with a magnificent ocean view.

The main level includes:

1 very well equipped kitchen with central island
1 living room (sofas and television), open onto the terrace, with a wide view on the bay
3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with a King size bed (180x200) and their private shower rooms

The lower level offers 1 studio composed of :

1 bedroom with a King size bed and its private shower room
1 living room corner
1 kitchen corner
1 terrace with a dining area and lounge chairs, offering a sublime sea view

Entirely air-conditioned, the kitchen opens on the living room and the sea.
The large main terrace will allow you to relax around the heated pool and enjoy a meal with friends or family while admiring the waves crashing against the rocks of Toiny Bay.
Two of the bedrooms are connected on either side of the living room. For more privacy, the third bedroom has access from the outside, while the fourth bedroom, in the form of a studio, is located on the lower level.

To know : Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 2 rooms and 4 people maximum, 3 rooms and 6 people maximum, 4 rooms and 8 people maximum)
