Location of the villa
Located on the heights of Lurin, only a few minutes from Gouverneur and Gustavia beach, this villa offers an extraordinary view of the ocean, the port of Gustavia, the islands of Saint Martin and Saba and also the magnificent sunsets.
The villa is perfect for a group of friends on vacation in St Barts who want to enjoy Gustavia's nightlife, which is less than a kilometre away.
Property
The main part of the villa is composed of:
- 1 kitchen opened onto the terrace by a bar
- 1 living room (sofas, television and office area) connecting to the terrace
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Super King Size bed (200x200), a television and a private shower room
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160x200) and their private shower rooms
- A terrace with a dining area and a lounge area borders the villa.
The bedrooms are located in different bungalows. Three bedrooms are located at the pool level and the fourth one is on a lower level with a small private terrace. Each room has its own bathroom (Room 5 is only open on request and gives directly onto the parking lot. Ideal for staff).
The swimming pool is surrounded by a large deck and a small covered bar area to drink cocktails by the water's edge.
Please note: For the safety reasons, the villa cannot accommodate children under 10 years old.
To know : Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 1 room and 2 people maximum, 2 rooms and 4 people maximum, 3 rooms and 6 people maximum, 4 rooms and 8 people maximum)
