This exceptional villa is located at Pointe Sable Blanc, Le Robert, with its private pontoon and small creek.
Inspired by Tahitian Faré, the bungalows, independent and somewhat far from each other, are scattered over the vast property.
Right by the sea side, this beautiful complex is located in a very quiet residential area facing the islets Madame and Chancel.
The small beach of Baie-Coco is located less than 2 km away and the town of Le Robert is about 7 km away.
Le Robert geographical position on the Island makes it a good starting point to discover the different riches of Martinique, the majestic volcano and mounts in the North of the island, as well as the beaches in the South.

With a unique location on a vast 2700 m² plot of land by the sea, this exceptional residence offers:
A large common central main bungalow very ventilated with large sliding glass doors on its three sides, includes:
- 1 living room with large sofa, footstools, coffee table, flat screen (no satellite or cable) with a DVD collection.

- 1 beautiful open kitchen, well equipped with counter top and stools overlooking the large living room
- 1 separate toilet
3 independent air-conditioned bungalows, each offering:
- 1 large King size bed (180x200cm)

- 1 small desk with chair for one and a small table with chair for the other two
- 1 trundle bed with drawer (for 2 children or teenagers)

In front of the living room, a beautiful 28 m² swimming pool with solarium terrace and deckchairs.
- 1 separated outdoor porch, not far from the swimming pool and barbecue area, with a large dining table
- 1 hammock under the catalpas to relax during the hot hours of the day
- 1 other separated outdoor porch in front of the living room and facing the sea furnished with comfortable sofas
- 1 small pebble and white sand beach that gives access to shallow water, ideal for snorkelling.
- 1 other access to the sea with the large pontoon, suitable for mooring boats and 2 kayaks at your disposal.
- 1 secure area at the entrance of the property can accommodate 3 or 4 cars
Please note: Rates differ according to the number of occupants of the villa (occupancy is exclusive regardless of the number of occupants):

Très belle disposition de la maison en plusieurs bungalows . Situation géographique intéressante. Quelques points à améliorer : l'accès à la mer en particulier avec installation d'une échelle plus confortable pour les pieds, aménagement de la plage.
Février 2025Très belle villa, bien conçue, bien placée. Quelques points de détail à revoir vu le standing de la villa: portail automatique et éclairages de jardin non fonctionnels, escabeau d'accès à la mer à partir du ponton non utilisable car envahi de coquillages, deux fauteuils supplémentaires dans le salon seraient bienvenus.
