Fresh produce lovers will enjoy the vegetable and fish market in Le Vauclin, approximately 10 km from the property. Very well equipped, this villa of about 250m² (+ 150m² terrace) combines the charm of the Caribbean villas and the comfort of modernity. It includes a main villa and a bungalow (10m between the two).

The main villa features:

1 Air-conditioned Master bedroom with ocean view, a king size bed (180X200), its own shower room and a dressing
2 Air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their show room. One bedroom has a Queen size bed (160X200), the other has 2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed
1 Large living room of 50m² with exposed beams and a large opening on the terrace and the ocean view
1 Very well equipped kitchen

Located right behind the villa, the first bungalow includes:

1 air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite shower room
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (closable) and en-suite shower room

The second bungalow includes:

1 air-conditioned bedroom with a King Size double bed and an en suite shower room
1 small lounge and a kitchen

In front of the main villa, the 150m shaded terrace is furnished with an outdoor lounge area and a dining area (table for up to 14 guests). The terrace faces the tropical garden, the secured swimming pool and the ocean.

Très belle villa, d’une propreté exemplaire, dans un cadre très tranquille. Un service courtois à l’arrivée et au départ. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’assistance pour la prestation de services ; grâce à ce service, nous avons fait une magnifique sortie en mer.

Très belle villa. Literie confortable, chambres spacieuses avec salle d’eau tout confort et équipement de qualité. Les photos mises à disposition par Antilles Exceptions sont conformes au niveau de standing. Petit conseil : pour profiter au maximum de la situation exceptionnelle de la villa, louez (par l’intermédiaire d’Antilles Exception) un petit bateau moteur sans permis pour 450 euros la semaine que vous amarrez au ponton en face de la villa. Idéal pour les balades côtières en toute liberté !

Superbe villa, conforme à la description faite sur le site. Idéalement placée, au calme avec un accès direct sur la mer et proche de toutes les commodités ou activités diverses. (Voiture indispensable néanmoins). L’équipement de la villa est au top : aussi bien pour ce qui est literie que pour tous les ustensiles et appareils électro-ménager (équipement de qualité et en quantité suffisante). Nous recommandons donc vivement cette Villa à tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter pleinement de leurs vacances.

Bonjour , nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans votre superbe maison . Juste un bémol la machine a lave ne marchait pas a notre arrivées et il a fallu un peu trop de temps à Ingrid pour qu'il soit réparés . Voilà sinon tout était parfait . A très bientôt cordialement .
