The villa is located in an upscale residential area, high up and overlooking the sea.
Its location is ideal to visit the whole island, from North to South. It allows you to go quickly to Fort de France, its animation and numerous shops.
The calm of the place and the exceptional sea view give it a particular charm.
The village of Case Pilot is 5 minutes away and Fort-de-France is about 15 minutes away by car.
Nearby is a succession of beautiful beaches, such as Vetiver Beach, Anse Collat Beach, Anse Madame Beach, Madiana, Batelière Beach.

- 1 well-equipped kitchen open onto the living room and also onto the terrace
- 1 large terrace, with an outdoor sitting area and a dining table, overlooking a welcoming pool

One of the qualities of the villa is the large swimming pool (7mX3.5m) in front of the terrace with a beautiful sea view.
Villa conforme aux photos disponibles sur le site. Quartier agréable et calme. Très belle villa agréable, fonctionnelle et appropriée pour 2 couples avec ou sans enfants. Quelques points à améliorer : - Le lave-vaisselle doit être mis à tourner à chaque repas, car nous ne disposions que de 8 assiettes et couverts pour 5 personnes. Il conviendrait de mettre à disposition 12 assiettes et couverts, - Mettre à disposition 2 jeux de clés.
