Located on the heights of Capesterre, the villa is part of a brand new residence composed of the villa and 2 bungalows (2 to 4 persons per bungalow).

Quiet place perfect for a peaceful vacation, with view on the Atlantic Ocean.

You will be at a 3 minute drive from the nearest beach, at less than 200m from a traditional restaurant and at less than a 7 minute drive from the town.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 personns. It includes:

A warm living space composed of a living room with sofa bed (possibility of sleeping 2 children), and a fully equipped kitchen open onto the terrace and pool
