Located in a private estate, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Marie Galante, Dominica, Les Saintes and Basse Terre. You can enjoy the infinity pool, or relax in the heart of a beautiful garden.  

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are nearby. One of the beaches of the Pierre et Vacances residence is at a three-minute walk. You will also be close to the beaches of Helleux (surf spot) and Bois-Jolan.

Decorated with care, the villa has comfortable furniture and quality equipment. It is in a quiet environment, halfway between the town of Sainte Anne and Saint François, respectively 6-7 km from the villa.

An air-conditioned master suite open onto the terrace facing the sea, with a Queen size bed (160*200) and a bathroom

In the basement you will find a washing machine, a ping-pong table and picnic equipment (table, chairs, coolers...).

Given the tropical climate, you will certainly appreciate the large shaded terrace furnished with a comfortable outdoor living room and a large dining area. And to refresh yourself, you will have to face a huge dilemma: the infinity pool or the sea!

Super séjour. Villa telle que présentée sur les photos et mieux encore. On se sentait comme à la maison! Quartier Le Clos d'Argent sécurisé, tout comme l'accès à l'enceinte de la maison. Je recommande chaleureusement.
