This one-level 160m² villa (+ terrace-deck) was renovated in 2016. It includes:

- 1 air-conditioned room furnished with 2 single beds (Please note: this room is closed by sliding curtains)
- 1 fourth independent shower room for the two rooms

- 1 well-equipped kitchen with central island
- 1 large living room with a sitting area (sofa bed - suitable for 2 children or teenagers), a television, and a dining area
The living room is open onto the large deck with lounge chairs and 2 gazebos furnished with sofas
The infinity pool is secured by a removable net and has a shallow "beach" for children.
During the day or in the evening, you will certainly enjoy the gazebos and the magnificent view of the sea!
