Built in a secured private estate on the seafront, the villa is located in the residential district of Helleux, in Sainte Anne.
The villages of Sainte Anne and Saint François are less than a 10-minute drive, where you will find shops, restaurants and activities.
You will have a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and its neighboring islands: Marie Galante, Dominica, Saintes, and Basse Terre.

May 20231ère location , rien à dire tout était parfait. Nous avons aimé aimé la vue mer des 3chambres.La seconde, un peu moins d'intimité entre voisins. Néanmoins,la villa était bien.

January 2022Notre hôtesse nous attendait à la maison et tout était prêt ! Vue incroyable de la maison et disponibilité sans failles de Valentine qui était très agréable, souriante et professionnelle malgré le contexte difficile. Elle s’est arrangée pour que nous puissions rester dans la maison le plus longtemps possible le jour du départ alors que des clients arrivaient le soir …. En effet nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec l’agence de voiture qui était fermée le dimanche jusqu’à 14h30 …. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons vivement Antilles d’exception !
August 2021Pour notre séjour en Guadeloupe : vol-voiture de location et villa près de Ste-Anne , nous sommes très satisfait du déroulement de nos vacances. Surtout relever l’excellente compétence de madame Lammy qui nous a accueilli et préparer un excellent repas lors de notre séjour. July 2019Famille de cinq adultes et deux jeunes enfants nous avons passé un séjour paradisiaque d’une dizaine de jours dans cette villa. La vue est splendide, la villa est très confortable et très (très) bien équipée, idéalement située entre Saint François et Saint Anne et juste à côté de la plage du Pierre et Vacances. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et sympathique. Il y avait un problème avec l’alarme de la piscine alors qu’une des enfants ne savait pas nager et avec le réglage de la température de l’eau. Tout a été solutionné efficacement et sans difficulté. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu y séjourner plus longtemps !

May 2018The Villa is very beautiful and welcoming. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well furnished. The common areas are comfortable and wide. We spent there a lot of enjoyable time. The barbeque is huge and useful. The swimming pool, though a bit small, has been used a lot for regenerating dives during the beautiful sunny days. Superb view. La Villa is managed by Madam Valentine, who’s nice, always available and an excellent cook.
February 2018Belle, propre et confortable villa avec piscine 8 x 4. Bien située sur hauteur avec vue sur mer. Accès à chemin longeant plages. La villa est magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Lits grands et très confortables. Tout est fonctionnel. Tout est pensé pour se sentir à l’aise. Equipements complets jusqu’au presse-agrumes électrique .Le grand BBQ au gaz fonctionne parfaitement bien. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Valentine qui a bien voulu par ailleurs nous préparer un excellent repas local un soir lors de notre séjour. Une mention « très bien » en faveur de Valentine.
November 2017Maison extrêmement agréable, très belle vue, au calme, dans une enceinte sécurisée, accès à la très belle plage de Pierre & Vacances très facile (restaurant de plage très agréable). Cet hébergement, situé entre St François (15min) et Ste Anne (20 min), nécessite une voiture.
