The villa is located less than 400m from the beautiful beach of Petite Gourde, in a quiet and green environment.
In the heart of the Residence Karukéra, on the Pointe des Châteaux in Saint François, you will enjoy the change of scenery in complete safety.
This charming villa has been entirely renovated, equipped and decorated in order to provide all the necessary comfort to its guests.
The town of Saint François is about 5 km away. There you will find many restaurants and shops, and all the activities of the day and night.
Many other beautiful beaches are within a few minutes drive.

This 90m² single storey villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:

- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (100X200), which can be brought together to form a King Size bed (200/200),
- 1 shower room with an Italian shower and a double sink
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower and toilet
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open onto the living space, with view on the pool
- 1 ventilated living room furnished with a sofa bed (comfort+++ for sleeping 2 persons), and opened onto the terrace in front of the swimming pool

October 2023Très belle maison, propre, extrêmement bien équipée, barbecue, plancha, vaisselles très variées, il ne manque rien ensemble très sécurisée, résidentiel, avec pleins de petits coins pour des ambiances différentes, apéro, repas, jeux de carte Merci à nos hôtes pour le Rhum, le Columbo de poulet et les boudins créoles qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires sont très agréables vous pouvez louer sans craintes. La pointe des châteaux est très jolie mais loin pour visiter basse terre
May 2023Nous avons particulièrement été touché par les délicates attention de nos hôtes à notre arrivée (repas du soir, bouteille deau et de rhum, corbeille de fruits).

March 2023Superbe villa ! entièrement équipée rien ne manque !: propreté impeccable vraiment rien a dire. Le linge de maison est de grande qualité (serviettes de toilette, draps....) nous avions même les serviettes de piscine ! la décoration est superbe. L' accueil a été plus que parfait le repas du soir était cuisiné dans le frigo, la corbeille de fruit sur la table, le petit déjeuner nous attendait également sans oublié l'apéritif, les biscuits apéritifs et les fameux boudins antillais !! alors un grand merci à notre hôte d'une extrême gentillesse, disponible et surtout très arrangeante. Merci beaucoup nous espérons y revenir !
