Property

This 165 m² villa, set on a 1,500 m² plot, can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. Surrounded by a private, fenced garden, it offers open views over the lush greenery and a wonderfully peaceful setting.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival.

Main Level

Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room. An extra bed can be added for a child.
Bedroom 2: Master suite with a 160 x 200 cm bed, bunk-bed sleeping area, shower room, dressing room and direct access to the terrace. A separate toilet is located between the two bedrooms.

First Floor

Bedroom 3: 140 x 190 cm bed, with a shared shower room and separate toilet.
Bedroom 4: 160 x 200 cm bed, with two additional sleeping spaces on the mezzanine. Alternatively, one single bed can be placed in Bedroom 4 and another in Bedroom 1, depending on the preferred configuration.

The living room, opening onto the terrace, features a comfortable sofa, television and fan. Natural light and fresh air flow freely throughout the space, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors.

The separate kitchen, also opening onto the terrace, is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

The 70 m² terrace, adjoining the house, is the perfect place to enjoy the Guadeloupean lifestyle and tropical climate. Partly covered, it features a large dining table seating 8 to 10 people, ideal for meals with family or friends, as well as outdoor seating for 2 to 4 people for relaxing moments.

For outdoor cooking, the terrace is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, gas plancha and electric plancha. Four sun loungers are arranged around the private swimming pool, within the enclosed and secure garden.

The private swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3 m with a depth of 1.50 m, is sheltered from view within the fenced garden. The pool is chlorine-treated and equipped with a submerged alarm safety system. Four sun loungers and outdoor seating are available around the pool, providing the perfect setting to enjoy the sunshine and relax by the water. Pool towels are provided.
