Located in a luxury residence in Saint François in the east of the island, this villa boasts elegance, comfort and a private access to the beach.

The villa's exceptional location puts you within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants and small shops.
A 5-minute drive will take you to the famous international golf course, the Casino, the airfield where you can practice sports such as parachute jumping, dozens of white sandy beaches, tourist sites including the famous Pointe des Châteaux, one of the island's most visited spots, its fishing port and water sports spots. The ROBA surf spot is located on the estate's beach, where you can also enjoy underwater fishing and catch a lobster, much appreciated by all.
The Marina is very lively in the evenings, with a wide range of restaurants and stores both day and night. There's also a busy fish and spice market.
Airport: approx. a 45-minute drive, depending on traffic.
The city of Pointe-à-Pitre is served by the KARULIS bus network in 50 minutes, allowing you to discover a different part of the island.

Mars 2025Parcours de réservation parfait, les photos sont le reflet exact de la villa comme c'est toujours avec Antilles exception avec qui nous avons l'habitude de réserver. L'emplacement de la villa est top, près de tout, dans un lotissement superbe et tranquille. Avec le petit plus d'un accès plage! Un seul petit bémol incombant aux propriétaires : manque d'entretien de quelques équipements

Mars 2024Très bien en général, la vue est magnifique et la villa bien équipée! Nous aurions apprécié plus de confort dans lun des lits considérant le prix de location.
