With a breathtaking view of the sea and Marie Galante, the villa is the ideal place to be with family or friends.
Located in the Saint-Franciscan countryside, you will be at a five minute drive from the Raisins Clairs beach, the town, the Marina and its nautical activities, the International Golf, and the Casino (gaming tables, slot machines, etc....) and only a few minutes from the main sites of Grande Terre.
Around the villa, within a 10 to 15 minutes drive, are the most beautiful beaches and lagoons of Guadeloupe!
Property
Decorated with refinement, this 164m² magnificent villa has all the comfort to welcome up to 4 persons. It includes:
- 1 living space, open onto the terrace, composed of a very well equipped modern kitchen and a lounge area
- 2 air-conditioned suites, one with a King Size bed (200×200), the other with two single beds (90/180) that can be put together to form a King Size bed (180/180), each with a space with Italian shower, double sinks and a separate restroom
- 1 outdoor shower with hot water
- 1 covered terrace with a small outdoor living room with a nice sea view where you can see the islands of Petite-Terre and Marie-Galante
- 1 swimming pool (6x3m)
No doubt that you will enjoy spending time in the swimming pool from where you will be able to admire the view of the island of Marie-Galante and enjoy this environment so conducive to relaxation!

Villas GSF159 et 162 / FABULEUX. tout parfait (du jacousi au babyfoot en passant par les espaces de vie et les chambres, la vue). Accueil exceptionnel de Marie Rose, premier repas offert excellent. Deuxieme semaine villas GPD15, 18 et 17 Vue et environnement remarquables. Pour les villas 18 et 17, accueil très sympathique par Aude.Pour la villa GPD15, après un accueil très froid du propriétaire qui avait peur d'être envahi par les membres de notre famille qui résidaient dans les 2 autres villas, tout s'est bien arrangé et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Les 3 villas sont très belles.
