This villa (140m² + terrace) and the bungalow (40m² + terrace) can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. It includes:

1 kitchen open onto the covered terrace facing the pool
1 laundry room
1 living room, entirely open onto the terrace facing the swimming pool, equipped with a corner sofa, a bench and 2 armchairs
1 independent restroom
1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and its own shower room with toilet
1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200), its own shower room with toilet, as well as a mezzanine equipped with a standard double bed (140/180)
1 air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and its own bathroom with toilet
1 magnificent covered terrace with a dining area, and a lounge area for cocktails and relaxation
1 sundeck around the pool with deckchairs and lounge chairs in the shade

At the bottom of the garden, in an area sheltered from outside views, the bungalow includes:

2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with Queen Size bed (160/200), 1 shower room and 1 restroom
1 covered terrace with table and chairs

EXCELLENT POUR LA FAMILLE C'est un endroit très agréable, proche de belles plages et de plusieurs restaurants et magasins. La maison est un excellent lieu pour les grandes familles où chacun a son propre espace, tout en ayant de bonnes zones communes pour la famille. L'hôte a été très réactif, serviable et amical.

Excellent emplacement avec une bonne ambiance et un environnement verdoyant. Nous avons adoré l’espace autour de la piscine et le bungalow séparé de deux chambres. Nous étions un groupe de 12 adultes et nous avons adoré la Villa. C'est vraiment un endroit magique ! La villa est tout simplement magnifique et très spacieuse. Surtout, la cuisine est adaptée à un grand groupe et nous l'avons vraiment appréciée ! Stéphane nous a aidés ici et là tout au long de notre séjour et cela a été très apprécié. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-François à la villa. Que ce soit au niveau de l'équipement, la propreté, la literie... tout était parfait. Le coté autonome des chambres, la taille de la piscine et l'architecture même de la villa fait que même en étant assez nombreux (12), on ne se sent jamais à l'étroit et on peut profiter confortablement du soleil et des petites attentions gustatives laissées par les hôtes à notre arrivée. Au plaisir d'y revenir.
