Location of the villa

Enjoying a very quiet environment, the villa is about 200m from the International Golf of Saint-François and 300m from of La Coulée beach. The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are also nearby.

The village of Saint Francois and the Marina are less than a 5-minute drive away.

Property

Built in 2012, this sumptuous vacation home enjoys a modern refined style. It is decorated with works of local artists which brings a certain authenticity to the place.

This 250m² one-level villa features:

4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180cm X 200cm) and their own shower room (2 bedrooms with beds that can be split into 2 single beds of 90 cm)
1 small office
1 large 90m² living room, totally open onto the terrace, with a lounge area (sofas, coffee table and large TV), a dining room for 10 to 12 people, and a modern and very well equipped kitchen (with pantry).

In front of the living room, the deck and the swimming pool (7m X 4m secured by a perimeter alarm) are both exposed south so you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening.

Nous étions un groupe de 15 personnes. Les deux maisons situées l'une derrière l'autre nous ont permis de profiter tous ensemble de ces vacances. Des prestations identiques et de qualité dans les deux habitations. Chaque chambre disposant de sa propre salle de bains. Equipement au top (jaccuzzi, vaisselle, déco, piscine...), accueil par Véronika qui a toujours répondu présente a nos demandes... Je recommande à 100%. Sans hésitation je referai appel à vous si un prochain voyage est prévu.

Belle villa bien située. Seul bémol, l'accès par un chemin pentu et défoncé mériterai une réfection.
