The villa is about 400m from the center of the village Pointe Noire in Basse Terre in Guadeloupe. It overlooks the sea and a small beach is 100m away. In front of the villa, the seabed is very pretty and the marine reserve Cousteau, near the ilet Pigeon, is less than a 10-minute drive away.
