Location of the villa
Ideal! At 100m from the beach of Anse à Jacques, the villa enjoys a quality environment. Modern, comfortable and spacious... It is halfway between Gosier and Sainte Anne, thus a great starting point to visit Guadeloupe and enjoy its most beautiful beaches.
Two beaches are accessible by foot, Anse à Jacques and Petit Havre.
A grocery store is 800m away from the villa while the big shops and supermarkets are in Sainte Anne or Gosier (about 4.5 km).

This 220m² (+ 90m² of terrace) two-level villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
The ground floor is composed of 2 studios:
- One, for 4 people, has a terrace with a dining area and outdoor furniture, an air-conditioned living space equipped with two Queen Size beds (160/200), with a kitchenette, and a shower room with toilet
- The other, for 2 people, has a terrace with a dining area and outdoor furniture, an air-conditioned living room equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160/200), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a shower room with toilet
The upper level:
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, and each equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200)
- 1 air-conditioned master suite, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200), with its shower room and toilet
- 1 shower room

- 1 fully equipped kitchen open onto the terrace and the living room
- 1 living room with dining area and lounge area, open onto the terrace

Modern, comfortable and spacious, this villa is particularly suitable for large families or groups of friends. You will probably spend a lot of time under the gazebo by the pool!
To know: Rates differ according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for the villa alone (4 bedrooms, 6 people maximum), one rate for the villa + the studio 2 pers. (5 bedrooms, 8 people maximum) and a rate for the villa with the 2 studios (6 bedrooms, 12 people maximum).

May 2024La communication est très bonne et facile. La villa correspond à nos attentes.
January 2024La villa était encore plus belle que sur les photos celle ci est très bien placée et pensée pour un séjour en toute tranquillité et pour profiter . Néanmoins le seul petit bémol reste la notion de petit dej offert qui navait rien dun petit dej pour la première nuitée ainsi que lapéritif .
