The villa is located in the Dampierre section, in a very quiet area, near the city of Gosier and other surrounding businesses.
Quiet neighborhood near shops (bakery, organic grocery store, gas station, Leclerc, pharmacy ... are a three-minute drive).
A breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea blends perfectly with a comfortable villa.
Property
The villa was designed with the goal to make it a pleasant, friendly place to live, with several terraces allowing everyone to find their own comfort.
Perched on top of a cliff, the house offers a view of the sea, Basse Terre, Marie-Galante and even Dominica when the sky is clear.
The property is built on 3 levels, has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 personns
On the main floor:
- a kitchen open onto a small dining room and an air-conditioned living room
- the terrace, with its dining area, in front of the living room will offer you a breathtaking view on the sea
- a large air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160*200) and an adjoining bathroom
- an independent restroom
On the upper floor:
- A magnificent and large air-conditioned master suite with a King Size bed (180*200) and an adjoining bathroom. From the room, you have access to a small terrace equipped with a bed to bask in the breathtaking sea view. This covered space will allow you to read or rest after a sunny day.
- Another small bedroom with two 90 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm bed (without bathroom)
The pool level is accessible by an outside staircase from the living room.
- On this lower level, you will find a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a King Size bed (160*200) and an adjoining bathroom. It opens directly onto the deck bordering the pool and faces the jacuzzi.
The geographical location of this property is an ideal starting point to visit both Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, and and its layout is conducive to rest in peace and quiet, enjoy a swim in the pool, the jacuzzi or why not, relax with a good novel on the terrace of the master suite.

Février 2025Magnifique maison sur 3 étages, vue époustouflante sur mer depuis les terrasses et la piscine. Ameublement et équipements complets et adaptés. Bon accueil, propriétaire présent à proximité si besoin. A conseiller.
