The villa is nestled in a lush vegetation and flamboyant nature along a small river bordering the sugar cane fields.
Only at a 15 minute drive from the airport and 1 hour maximum to any destination on the island, the villa is located in the center of Guadeloupe, which makes it an excellent starting point to visit the island, from Grande-Terre to Basse-Terre.

The villa offers its guests the comfort of space and privacy of a private residence while enjoying the services of a luxury hotel, in the sun, softened by the Caribbean breeze.
The villa is uniquely designed and evokes its own personality, from the ultimate in sophisticated luxury to classic and charming island living. It has beautifully designed open-air living spaces with cool tiles, rich woods, comfortable and spacious bedrooms with sumptuous linens and perfectly appointed bathrooms:
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, two-door fridge, blender...)
- 1 living room with flat screen HD Led TV with French and international channels
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, each with private shower room and toilet, 3 of which are equipped with a King Size bed (180/200), and the fourth with a Queen Size bed (160/200)
- 1 dormitory on the upper floor, air-conditioned and equipped with 5 single beds (90/200), and possibility of adding an extra bed.
- 1 air-conditioned room upstairs, equipped with equipped with two single beds that can be brought together to form a King Size double bed (180/200) - must pass through the dormitory to access the room
- 1 shower room with toilet, shared by dormitory and bedroom
- 1 swimming pool with a sun deck and lounge chairs

Please note: Rates vary according to the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (one rate for 4 bedrooms and 8 people maximum, one rate for the entire 5-bedrooms villa and the dormitory, i.e. 15 people maximum).
